The terms that apply when you request a quote or place an order with us.

Draft policy. This page is a starting draft and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Every point still to be settled is marked below. Confirm all of them before launch.
1. Who you’re working with
The Thoughtful Gift Co. is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Delza Cipriano Silva, serving Nashville, TN and surrounding areas. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to the terms on this page.
2. Ordering, pricing, and quotes
Gift baskets shown in our online store can be ordered directly through checkout. Balloon arches, balloon art, and custom gift baskets are quoted individually based on your event date, design, and location. A quote is an estimate until it’s confirmed in writing and, where required, a deposit or payment is received. Prices are subject to change until an order is confirmed.
3. Lead times
We ask for at least 3 days’ notice for gift baskets and balloon art, and at least 7 days’ notice for balloon arches, so we can source materials and fit your event into our schedule. Rush requests are sometimes possible, but they’re not guaranteed and may carry an additional fee.
4. Delivery, pickup, and service area
Free local pickup is available, or we can deliver within Nashville, TN and surrounding areas for a delivery fee shown at checkout or in your quote. We only deliver and install within our published service area. If your address falls outside that area, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we’re able to reach you.
5. Custom work and approval
For custom baskets and balloon installations, we’ll confirm the design, colors, and key details with you before production begins, usually by phone, text, or email. Because every custom piece is built by hand, small variations in color, size, or available inventory from what’s pictured or discussed should be expected. Once you approve a design and it moves into production, changes may not be possible without an additional charge or a new lead time.
6. Photography of completed work
We’re proud of the work we do and may photograph completed baskets and balloon installations for our portfolio, website, and social media.
To confirm. Whether photography is limited to the finished product itself, or whether it may also include the event setting, guests, or venue, and whether client consent is requested before any photo showing a private home, business, or identifiable person is used publicly.
7. Limitation of liability
We take care in designing, packing, and installing every order, but we can’t guarantee against issues outside our control, such as delivery delays caused by traffic or weather, or damage that occurs after an order has been delivered or an installation has been handed over. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as a missed event moment or rescheduling costs.
8. Governing law
To confirm. The exact governing-law and venue language for disputes. As a Tennessee based business, these terms are expected to be governed by Tennessee law, but this should be confirmed before publishing.
