1. Our commitment
The Thoughtful Gift Co. wants everyone to be able to browse our gift baskets and balloon designs, request a quote, and check out, regardless of ability. We’ve built this site with readable type sizes, strong color contrast, keyboard-friendly navigation, and clear focus states, and we’ll keep improving it over time.
2. Standard we’re working toward
We’re targeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This covers things like color contrast, text alternatives for images, keyboard access, and clear labeling of forms and buttons.
3. Known limitations
No website is perfect, and we know there are places we can improve. Some product and gallery photos may be missing full descriptive alt text while our catalog is still being built out, and parts of the online balloon configurator may be easier to use with a mouse than with a keyboard alone.
To confirm. Results of an actual accessibility audit or automated scan (for example axe or Lighthouse) once the site is closer to launch, and list any specific known issues here instead of this placeholder.
