What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Nashville and the surrounding areas. Free local pickup is also available. If you're outside the Nashville area, get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible.
How much notice do you need?
For gift baskets and balloon arrangements we ask for at least 3 days' notice. For balloon arches and full event installations we ask for at least 7 days. If your occasion is sooner than that, call us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can do it.
How do I request a custom order?
Use the quote form on this page, or call or text 629-772-6810. Tell us the occasion, the date, your colors or theme, and roughly what you'd like to spend, and we'll come back to you with ideas.
Can I include a personal message?
Yes. Every basket includes a handwritten gift card, and you can tell us who it's to, who it's from, and what you'd like it to say when you order.
